The Louvre from the Solidfloor Specials collection is a herringbone oak wood floor which has undergone extensive treatment to achieve its special look. The floor is for example smoked, to give it its signature rich, deep colour. Because the floors are brushed the wood pattern is especially prominent on the floor. This is displayed beautifully in grazing light. The floor is also finished with a high-solid (UV) oil. The floor has a total thickness of 14 mm including the high-quality 3 mm oak top layer. Because of this, it is also possible to use the Louvre straight pattern floor as a border around the herringbone floor. This can allow you to make your space more cohesive if you want to separate floor types or patterns. As part of the Rustic wood selection, where more and larger knots are permitted than in the Nature or Mill Run selection, this floor has a lively appearance. Periodical maintenance using the Solidfloor Ultimate Hardwax Oil Natural will keep your floor beautiful for longer, lasting years. In short, this is a quality wood floor with a 25-year guarantee.
